This is getting tiresome. Nobody said they were entitled to a trial equivalent to a criminal trial. Nobody said they should be immediately released. You're just making stuff up to argue about, or else it's completely over your head. Do yourself a favor and read the SCOTUS opinions on point, and open up side windows for the reference material cited. If you have a hard time with that, there's plenty of commentary available online. If you don't find that instructional, fageddaboudit.
