From your other posts I assume she is trying to prove her worth. Another strategy given that she is an accountant is to manufacture a problem or find one and bring her in on investigating it and finding a solution so she can she that you and her are on the same team. After she helps solve it, you can publicly praise her and she will feel warmth for you. Having been an accountant I can tell you that good ones get excited by clerical errors, waste and fraud. Don't read too much into the questions. Good accountants are also inquisitive and have a memory for detail. Be careful about trying to buffalo her, just sidetrack her.
