Democrats are anti Bush incompetence and dishonesty in Iraq and stand with Israel up to a point in defending itself. However, Israel may be going too far. If so, expect democrats to call for a cease fire and peace agreement soon. The problem is, Hezbollah is very difficult to negotiate with. How can anyone trust them? And since Bush-Cheney have broken off dialogue with Iran and Syria, what midddlemen could we use? Bush-Cheney have made diplomacy and peace-making very-very difficult in the Middle East. It all started with that reckless Axis Of Evil speech which turned out to cost us dearly. Not just in the ME, also in North Korea.

Remember, right after 9-11 Iranians were marching in the streets to SUPPORT the USA. Bush blew all that goodwill which could have led to a major breakthrough and easing of tensions.

A large number of Democrats are not anti Iraq war either. And much of the leadership is only arguing that they could have done a better job of invading and occupying Iraq compared to the mess that Dumbya and his gang have created.
