The interesting part of the report that Wilson filed is that he reported that the president of Niger had said that he was approached by Iraq in 1999 to buy uranium, yet despite this, Wilson reported to in his op-ed that there was no evidence of this kind of contact.

All laid out on p 43 of the Senate Intelligence Report (linked on previous post).

The lawyer is clueless, and the lawsuit is baseless. It was filed to get Plame a better book contract from the ensuing publicity. The Wilsons can't stand the exposure of a trial about this anymore than Kerry can about his Vietnam war experience.

If they had to answer questions under oath they would be exposed.
