I would say Turkey has a right to protect it's borders. Same as Israel is doing now.

This worries me a great deal. Turkey has been a long and valuable ally yet many of us have come to respect the Kurds who are also a valuable ally at least in Iraq. I sure hope that this can be worked out without violence. I wouldnt want to side with either of them, which could mean we end up losing both of them. The Kurds need to put an end to these cross border excusions themselves. What could we do to get them to see this? jdn
