It was a deliberate attack that went on for more than 1/2 hr even though US flag was flying and much radio communications were broadcast. Why it was done I don't know, but it WAS deliberate.

I understand your point of view but it's not the American point of view and in addition it does not fit with the documented eyewitness facts reported by our military officers and men involved in the attack. Your point view is the Israeli/Jewish/Zionist point of view designed to advance the Israeli/Zionist agenda.
