I have a question: Why do you think that NOK's GSM IPR is worthless and Q's GSM IPR has a lot of value. Q is using probably hundred times more Nokia's GSM IPR than Nokia is using Q's. Yes, Q has a licence today, but it will expire next spring. You can not make a WCDMA chipset today without fully implementing GSM, too. That is what this is all about.
