"...as well as other bigtent stores help with the road system for access." Where I'm at, helping with the road infrastructure is not simply doing an intersection. We have 3 main artery roads which are about 6 miles apart. Each is one lane in each direction. They cut through small villages and crossroads so widening them would destroy a lot of the charm. The roads between them are small and twisty and it would cost a fortune to widen them too. I shop at Wally World on occasion so don't have a problem with the concept. It simply is not appropriate for all locales.
