FPG - I don't think most here doubt that Intel can rise to such a low standard of 1M Core Duo 2 in ~7 weeks. Quite the opposite, most were expecting more, I'd bet. So you can understand our "concern" when Intel themselves trumpet such a low standard as if it's something great. I see. It makes sense now. The question is why such a slow ramp? I agree. It should be faster. Maybe it's a delay in the chipsets or MBs? Maybe it's a clearing out of inventory. Whatever the cause, they should be able to produce and ship far more than 1 million Conroe CPUs in 10 weeks.
