Hizbullah has dug hundreds of bunkers into the hills of Southern Lebanon. Nobody contests that.

So explain me this: Why were civilians sitting above ground, not in an undergound shelter? Why was Hizbullah launching rockets at Northern Israel from mere yards away from this house full of civilians?

If Israeli civilians were hit above ground by Hezbullah rockets AIMED at them, there would be furious calls for investigation of why weren't they warned by sirens, why weren't they in the proper shelters.

But in Lebanon, it's Israels fault that the civilians aren't in shelters. Because everybody knows that the Lebanese are just poor brown people who can't be expected to build or use shelters.

Only state of the art bunkers.

Which is why Hizbullah launches rockets next to civilians. To take advantage of the useful fools in the West, who are their best weapons, better even than Iranian missiles.
