Hating takes so much energy. Loving is much easier.....Take if from a 75 year old. Don't waste time hating... It's too bad that the rest of the world doesn't feel that way. I am an idealist,however, and will always be. Nothing daunts that.

One of the statements coming out of 9-11 that always bothered me was "everything changed". As Eleutheria often said (hopefully I paraphrase correctly), "if we allow everything to change, they have won".
I believe that not allowing fear or hate to affect our daily lives takes far more courage. So in my book, mellow you are not.
