RGEN Opened with a small UG as it tries to go up for 2nd day on a roll.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com There are no recent news about the pending suits against IMCL & BMY that I am aware.IMCL had an UG on Friday that hasn't been closed as yet & is going up for 5 days on a roll. bigcharts.marketwatch.com The suit against IMCL concerning U.S. Patent No. 4,663,281,which affects approximately $1B worth of the production of Erbitux before 2004 & is possible that may be extended to cover the patent until May 2009. The suit against BMY concerning U.S. patent No. 6,685,941 involves the production of Orencia & covers methods of using CTLA4-Ig to treat RA,& other autoimmune diseases.RGEN has said that they expect to complete the discovery phase of the case in 2007.
