XTLB is also going up for 3rd day on a roll with
no news that I am aware.<g>

They said back in May that they were starting a P1
on XTL-125 for hepatitis C and in July Cubist said
at their annual meeting that they weren't going to
make any further investment in the Herpex-B program.
(XTLB had licensed to Cubist the Herpex-B in 2004)

The stock totay is testing its Aug.11 H at 3.45
The next resistance will be the Jul.31 H at 3.74 which
of course, looks more important.<g>

SQNM is moving today after it announced that it has acquired rights to non-invasive prenatal diagnostic tests using fetal nucleic acids obtained from maternal serum or plasma.

The rights were obtained from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and cover USA, Europe, Australia, Canada and Japan.

The stock traded above the resistance at 4.75 (4.79 at 1:24PM), but is now at 4.74 >g>
