It is a fact that Israel has about a million Arab citizens. If they'd followed the policy of ethnic cleansing to the extent its critics claim, there would be none. Some of the Israeli Arabs have been killed by Hezbollah recently. In fact, Hezbollah has hit Nazareth which is an Arab town. Deir Yassin is always trotted out but that was one incident in a small village. Most Palestinians who left Israel left areas and cities where the Arab population vastly out-numbered the Jewish population. Entire Arab cities like Jaffa and Beersheba with no Jewish population at all evacuated.
