One could add whites in Southern Africa for that matter. But the people moving around were still "local". Yugoland is another recent example, and I fear that Iraq will be another. However, this is border remapping, not major importation. The solutions in general BTW, involve physically separating the groups that don't get along, and giving them their "own" states. That needs to happen in Palestine as well.
