But I don't see the USA pushing for this, in fact, I would guess that Bush & Co, and most Americans would be against it. I would disagree. In fact, the fastest manner in which to alienate Israel from the hearts of the American people would be for the Palestinians to actually change their current aggressive attitudes to one of conciliation and tolerance. Deny the Israelis any ability to impugn Palestinians as terrorists who want nothing more than to use a Palestinian state as the first step towards the annihilation of the Israel. But that's just not in Arab culture. They can't the concept of passive non-violent resistance (ala Ghandi). There's no honor in such an approach. They'd rather sacrifice their children in a hopeless cause of coercing Israel to meet their demands instead of providing them a better future. Hawk
