Ultimate Surface LLC appears to be the Sem Domestic LLC SAMUEL SEM Managing Member ULTIMATE SURFACE, LLC (Domestic) Active 2006 YAMINE SEM Managing Member ULTIMATE SURFACE, LLC (Domestic) Active 2006 Only has two members and is probably the recipient of any UCC-1 for financing of the purchase. Having said that, I can't seem to find out what the relationship of the Semco Distribution LLC and SEMCO Manufacturing is or was. SEMCO Distribution LLC in the 10-K looks like an error at face value. The SEMCO Distribution LLC may be the product feeder to Japan, Austrailia and Hong Kong. Your thoughts?
