Thanks so much Don. What I saw there was that MTSN was a true star of the cycle. KLIC outperformed in a big way. We know that stocks like WFR and LRCX went on to do extremely well even after the cyclical peak but they were exceptions. This leads me to conclude that spreading some risk among the stocks that looked the worst on your list in October 2002: Message 18075711 And considering taking some profits 13 to 15 months later would have been hugely profitable: This table is from 11/7/03 Message 19478728 This table is from 1/16/04 Message 19705638 Will the next cycle's winners be among the stocks most beaten up at the next bottom?
