So let me get this straight, you are saying the followers of Brinker who listened to his "sage" QQQ advice on the buy side, were then supposed to turn into their "own gurus" and get out on their own after Brinker left them hanging? I can only laugh out loud about that theory! I can't speak for dija, but what some of strongly believe is-- first of all, if they "listened to his 'sage' [mistaken] QQQ advice on the buy side", they should have listened carefully not only to the guidelines given, but to their own heads as to what kind of investor they were, and to their guts as to what kind of risk they were willing and able to tolerate. If they did, they didn't lose as huge a percentage of their portfolios as some would like to pretend. And no, they weren't supposed to suddenly "turn into their own gurus"--they were supposed to have been using their own heads all along, including how deeply to get in and when to get OUT, with or without advice. If you don't have the brain or the backbone to do that, with or without advice, then don't be IN in the first place. Yes, I feel sorry for them. I feel sorry for everyone who loses money. I also feel sorry for people who have not developed a backbone enough to take SOME responsibility for their own actions.

That is an internet symbol for humor, which means the writer is kidding. In my case, I was HALF kidding--but there's no symbol for that! -:) The fact is, brinker had always encouraged all listeners to learn on their own, and not depend upon any advisor or advisors for their personal well-being. I, and most of the brinker fans I have known over the years, took THAT advice to heart!

I can only laugh out loud about that theory! Mr. Yoguzuna, to be absolutely fair and balanced, somebody asked FakeDija the other day about this quote, if he was only kidding, and he answered "yes". I'm not sure if it was here, or another forum. I see tonight that he said he was only half kidding, which is what I suspected from the other night, just so he could stimulate some fine talking points on his end. He has had success with that plan, I see. Don't fall into the "shill-trap". I think FakeDija has this argument very well planned out, if you get my meaning. ;---)
