are the only appropriate forum for bringing to justice members or associates of terrorist groups and those accused of anti-U.S. acts in conjunction with such groups. I have lost patience with the administration on this. I remember back to the period after 9/11 when there was a discussion about how to treat terrorists--under a war paradigm or a justice paradigm. I bought their notion of a war paradigm. But now they're mixing paradigms and I'm tired of it. If they want to bring people to justice, then do it by the justice rules. If they want a war paradigm, then the detainees are prisoners of war. They are distorting things irresponsibly, IMO.
