New to the thread but wanted to comment on the Homies. I'm the managing partner of a subsidiary of a publicly traded homebuilder and I can tell you w/o pause that sales suck! Land under contract that is in the development process is being cut loose left and right and this ship will not be righted for awhile...a long while. Obviously I can't short my parent but I am loaded for bear with BZH Nov Puts. If they for some ridiculous reason levitate the sector I assure you it will not escape the fall swoon. Sales this summer aren't getting better and a double bottom is almost guaranteed. We have NOT seen the bottom of the homies, trust me.
