I know shorts make money... I personally don't like short long term uptrending sectors...I talked about TOL a day ago...most money flow calcualtions are the same, so for the 14 week mf from 2004 that 100% for more than one week... you might see some trouble if you are short over the next year.... other hit that level too and don't see no 0% since then.

So your board was four years early nationally. Perhaps a more appropriate name at the time might have been the 'Bay Area RE Crash Board' or perhaps the 'RE investment cafe for SI geeks' board.

The bright side as you say is this the longest running RE board on the net calling for this RE crash and could make you famous in coming decades.
