Geoff refuses to read. He's too lazy to actually do the research, consider what was said, find opposing opinions, consider those and come up with a reasoned response that is wholly his own.

Rightwing behavior is, above all else, the result of sheer laziness. The Rovian rightwing knows this very well and uses it to their advantage. They get together every week, come up and with and publish TalkingPoints which are then distributed to their servile minions.

This way their minions can open their mouths and chatter away without ever having to actually read and think for themselves. It's a very good system when people are so lazy they have to be spoonfed.

When I heard about the ABA on the news it was a brief story and it made the ABA sound suspect. I'm no constitutional expert by any means but is it the ABAs job to sue for this? I thought it was the congress and the senate that were supposed to keep the President in check.

BTW, previous Presidents have used signing statements so this is nothing new. At the most what will happen is they'll reign the President in.
