So why are NATO & Lebanese troops going to be more effective than American troops in Iraq. I keep asking you this question, and you keep dodging! Why? If you can't understand the OBVIOUS political ramifications of having US troops in Lebanon, then I guess you would never understand any response I provide to you.. It will be France, Italy, and possibly Spain and Turkey.. It will not be Britain, I'd wager, and certainly not the US (although we will certainly provide logistical and aviation assests when called upon). Hawk
