I figure that, since the Atlantic is cooler this year and the number of predicted hurricanes has declined, the anti-global warming crowd will be out in force saying they told everyone so.

ExxonMobil, through its PR campaign, will be positively giddy with delight. The short-sightedness of some people is amazing.

IMO there's a direct link between changes in weather and the irritability of human beings. It may be as subtle and as overlooked as some of the other effects of global warming but I suspect there will be a whole lotta conflict in our future.
