Bushies are AGAINST competition, and pro-MONOPOLIES. That is one of their biggest ethical failures. They see "free enterprise" as meaning freedom to gouge and loot, and they see de-regulation as UN-regulation. That is, no enforcement of existing laws. We see that over and over again.

There are plenty of injustices in trade as well and ultimately there are connections between illegal immigration, lax border security and "free" trade agreements.

For instance, why is the negative effect on American workers never taken into consideration when the US conducts free trade agreements? The illegal alien invasion is akin to 19thC capitalists practice of shipping what they considered "cheap labor" from Europe to the USA. Those currently negotiating US trade agreements have the same callous attitude toward today's American workers.
