I believe that we must either cut Israel loose or force a return and/or division of land relative to a peace treaty and give half Israel's foreign aid to build a viable Palestinian state. Israel gave back land in Lebanon and Gaza. Did the Pals regard this a step in the right direction, or a sign of weakness? You tell me. The problem with your "viable Palestinian state" is that the Palestinians don't want it. Not if it comes with Israel still existing in the neighborhood.
