If you are right then I am wrong. Remember that the watchful eye of the media is always upon him. Most of the media hates him and would do anything to destroy him, and frequently try. Do you remember at a funeral, I think it was Ron Brown's when the camera caught Clinton laughing it up, then he saw the camera and put on his crocodile tears? If President Bush was faking it, it is probable that he would have already been caught. If he was all of the liberally biased media would replay it for days, unlike their concerted effort to bury the embarrassing footage of Clinton.
