I read the offer and don't recall any concrete offer of reparations. It simply wasn't a complete offer and Arafat assumed things would pick up under the next US administration where they had left off.

It's ticked me off for years that the right wing could claim that Arafat just dismissed out of hand a complete offer and the media ran with it.

Does that mean he gave 150k Pal refugees Israeli citizenship?
