"Two attempted trades in ten years is not much of a pattern."

Brinker has made only one "bear market call" in 20 years, going to cash in 1988--and was wrong. He made a "tactical asset allocation" saying "I am not bearish and this is NOT A SELL SIGNAL" in early 2000 and followed that with advice to use up to 1/2 of the money he took out to buy 80$$ QQQs and holds them to this day 6 yrs later.

It would appear to an objective person that there is not much of a pattern and following such a goober is rather QQQuestionable.
