You are incorrigibly obtuse. It is impossible to fight Hizbullah at all in ANY fashion, without killing civilians, because they use civilians as human body armor and BOAST of doing so. ALL their weapons are hidden among civilians. NONE of their men wear uniforms. All of them become "innocent civilians" when they die. It is possble to fight the IDF without hitting Israeli civilians because the IDF positions, ammo, etc are not in apartment blocks in Haifa. Israeli army positions are kept out of cities and are identifiable as such, and Israeli soldiers wear uniforms. Israeli civilian targets are without ANY military necessity. Hezbullah targets them anyway. Sheesh. Even Human Rights Watch admits that much.
