Geezus.. are you dense or what?? Certainly confront them.. Condemn their hate speech,...

Who, of any import, is doing that? You and I aren't important.

Hizbullah will NEVER be totally defeated.. That is obvious. But its armed members MUST BE DEFEATED and forced to submit to the sovereignty of Lebanonese law.

Israel has knocked off, maybe, 100 of the 5,000 trained Hezbollah army. That would be ~2%. If you want to include the 50,000 reserves of Hezbollah, that gives you 0.18% of Hezbollah has been destroyed. You'll likely prefer to use the 2% number as it sounds better. Just be aware that Hezbollah will draw from their reserves to replace that 2% loss.

What is it about restoring Lebanese sovereignty that you oppose??

Why do you want to take an approach where that people of Lebanon will elect a majority goverment that supports Lebanon? Or to put it differently. Hezbollah may very well become the sole [and sovereign] government of Lebanon.

And why is that you seemingly believe it's perfectly legitimate for Hizbullah by Syria and Iran??

I suspect there is a word or words missing from that sentence. Dare I call it incoherent?

Are you related to George Galloway??

Whether you believe in evolution or creationism, the answer is yes. We're all related to each other.

After listening to the Lebanese pm or fm today, i realize that these dudes struck a deal with the devil. Hizbolla has been enabled by both Lebanese complicity and perfidy. I am afraid the israelis are about to teach Lebanon a lesson by destroying the infrastructure of the country. If ordinary lebanese citizens want to continue to have their heads up their collective asses, so be it. There govt is run by both syrian and hizbolla puppets and there is no reason to maintain the fantasy of poor democratic lebanon any longer. A democracy cant exist if its military cant control the borders and its politicos are dependent on their syrian and hizbolla/iranian masters.

To accept anything short of this will be, in effect, a reinstatement of the status quo.
