You suggest that loading a rocket with ball bearings to maximize death of people and then aim it at a civilian population is ok, but accurately aiming a warhead at a launch site is not. I am comforted by the probability that the FBI already has you under surveillance. This is what Israel's missiles do when they hit Lebanon: Do I need to show you what Hezbollah rockets do by comparison? I hope not because there is no comparison. The depravation and destruction that tel aviv miri cries about and what the Lebanonese are experiencing is the difference between the bite of a flea and the bite of a crocodile.
