On the other hand, we haven't used our superior military to take land from our neighbors, introduced huge numbers of immigrants from Europe, built up a huge military and prevented a "right of return".

Oh, we did do that with Mexico??? Well in that case, the reason the Mexico / US border is peaceful and the Israeli borders are not is that we're a big dog and can get away with that sort of thing, while they're a tiny country and cannot.
