This path will not yield any results. The Muslims must ask themselves what they can do for humankind, before they demand that humankind respect them." Hold on a second. She's shorting us Christians with that statement. In modern times, it was us Christians that did the Holocaust. In modern times, how close have Muslims come to that atrocity? You don't even have to go back to WWII, Slobodan Milosevic, a Christian, had his day in the limelight. I don't think it would be a huge problem to find the Christian KKK burning a few synogogues down and knocking off a Jew here and there. How about them Christians that use the New Testament to claim the Jews deserve all the persecution for the crucification of Christ? The Russians in Chechnya is a mixed bag; there almost certainly were Christian Russians along with any atheist Russian soldiers."We have not seen a single Jew blow himself up in a German restaurant. We have not seen a single Jew destroy a church. We have not seen a single Jew protest by killing people." I'm not so sure about that. Right now I can't think of a German restaurant or church but killing isn't completely unknown to Jews. There was Menachem Begin and the bombing of the King David Hotel. There was a recent case were a Jew boarded a bus and started blasting away at the Arab passengers. He ran into a bit of a problem when he ran out of ammo. There's a pretty good list of arguable terrorist activities or killings committed by Jews. Small potatoes compared to us Christians and Muslims, but then there's a lot more Christians and Muslims than there are Jews. Nadene, to be "fair and balanced" you should be denouncing the Christians and Muslims. [I wouldn't expect you to acknowledge any of the terrorist activities or killings done by Jews.] And maybe you think Slobodon was doing the world a service; you might not count him as a bad guy. You might even call the Jewish guy on the bus a hero. jttmab
