I don't need to wiggle, the situations are very different. In on case you have two countries that are not that far away from war to start with, in the other two countries who are supposedly at peace. In one you have a clear case where a vital resource is being clearly threatened, in the other nothing is clear. Yes countries go to war over resources, but that is pretty meaningless. The details of the conflict over resources, and the background situation the conflict takes place in are a lot more important than the mere fact that there is some dispute over resources.
