Are any of those approaches prohibited under the language of "all necessary means", or "severe consequences"??

You missed the point again.

Well, pound THIS POINT in your @ss!!!

The intelligence services of 15 UNSC members COULD NOT VERIFY THAT SADDAM WAS IN COMPLIANCE WITH HIS CEASEFIRE AND DISARMAMENTS OBLIGATIONS!!!

That's why they had NO CHOICE but to vote UNANIMOUSLY to declare Saddam(Iraq) in Material Breach of that ceasefire.

His responsibility was to ENSURE that the UNSC was SATISFIED that he had disarmed as instructed AND WAS NO LONGER A THREAT TO PEACE AND REGIONAL STABILITY!!!

It was NOT JUST ABOUT WMDS!! IT WAS ABOUT SADDAM NOT DESTABILIZING THE REGION WITH HIS AMBITIONS AND ACTIVITIES!!

And I've shown you clear and convincing EVIDENCE taken RIGHT FROM SADDAM'S OWN INTELLIGENCE SERVICE FILES, that he was continuing to support terrorism and TARGET AMERICANS AND AMERICAN INTERESTS!!

Not put that in your pipe and smoke it. And while you're at it, pack sand!!
