Rice and the French have failed to stop the fighting. It's clear Bush isn't serious about stopping it anyway. The neocons on the far right have Bush's ear and they like war. Some of them are even cheering for World War III and maybe Bush has visions of martial law in the US and cancelling elections. What do you expect of the French? Always the first to surrender, the first to send their Jews off to the Gas Chambers and the Last to return property stolen from Jews and held in their Museums. Israel is a creation basically of the English and Lebanon of the French. France went into the negotiations to gain what it could for Lebanon. To bad you cannot get over your dislike for Bush, and look at what is in front of you.
