Bushies made a huge mistake dissing the French and our other allies. In actuality, Bushies never told Americans their real issue with the French. It was a corporate fight over Saddam's oil. The French company ELF had a deal with Saddam and Bush's pals in Texas and BP wanted it for themselves. So basically we went to war over oil, the one reason Bush-CHney have never admitted

The US went to war because it has lost every war it has been in since WW II. The US should have finished off what it started in Iraq, and Bush realised that the terrorists would not stop until the US proved it would fight. The weak kneed response to the first World trade attack made the US look like a coward to the World, and particularly to the Arabs. As did Jimmy Carter's response to Iran. The US can no longer afford to be view as a fat overfed Putz that anyone can attack with impunity. And remember I am NOT an American, and even I know this.

Imagine how the US looked when it started to try to control the entry of Terrorists, but promised not to focus on Arabs, or Muslims, how can any one country be so bloody stupid. Muslim Arabs attacked the US. They want to destroy your country and everything it stands for. If you do not prove you will hit back harder if you are attacked, you are doomed to further attacks. The world views the US as a Wuss, with no balls for a fight. Get used to it.

Saddam supported the PLO < a failed movement.

Saddam also permitted Al Queda and Ansar Al Isalm training bases on his soil.

Saddam was the firt pawn to be removed fromt he chess board.

he had to go,.

I do feel he is useful though, but they dont want to let him out of his cage yet
