Do you know why Saddam attacked Kuwait? Do you know what Poppy Bush did before he invaded?

Sometimes there is a clear aggressor and a clear defender but often there's aggressive behavior on both sides. It's like the little kid who pokes the dogs in the eye, the dog growls, the kid decides to see what else will get a growl, he pokes him in the nose, gets bit and the parents blame everything on the dog.
