The French have not had a military tradition for a long-long time. Nothing compared to the Prussian Germans anyway. Perhaps the French are less brave on the battlefield than some cultures, but they are still our allies. They are servbing at our sides in Afghanistan and Kosovo and are trying to lead the way in Lebanon. They are are not the enemy. The enemy are Islamic extremists and far rightwing Americans. Those are the two groups who despise peace, honesty, tolerance and sanity. Whenever you hear a rightwing ranting about World War III just remember, he's no better than a follower of Osam,a Bin Laden calling for the same.
