JF, it's clear to me that the terrorists are going after America's allies, not America itself. They know that America's allies are more easily scared away. It's all about going after the "soft targets." And America isn't a "soft target."

Meanwhile, if you thinking relying solely on the FBI and the CIA is sufficient, think back to a year ago when London was bombed. Lot of good Scotland Yard was in preventing that attack.
