"wouldn't it be something"? Yes, it certainly would! Maybe what you are talking about is the harbinger of the breakdown of the large Nation-States into smaller and smaller functioning units until we get to truly COOPERATIVE COMMUNITIES and then the building back of minimum-optimum National government to the extent necessary to satisfy the needs of cooperative communities. At this point the large Nation-States seem mainly about the institutionalizing of power, greed and violence and that's not what National governments should be doing. Namaste! Jim
