Why are you still looking and not finding? The answer is that nobody is far enough along to go public with their product. We are seeking for a cellulosic enzyme that is cheaply available and powerful. It won't be easy to find or learn how to make.
As for hydrogen, that is a classic joke. You put in x amount of energy splitting water and get out x - something in energy. by oxidizing the H2 that you just made. That's the second law of thermodynamics. The first law simply states that you can't get more than you put in. The second law says that you have to lose something in the deal.
