For the record, Hoover told FDR the Japanese internment was unnecessary. FDR locked them all up anyway - in violation of several of the Bill of Rights.

You bet old white men did bad things back then but FDR was a progressive in the main and an actual adult. In fact, the current fascist administration wants desperately to dismantle FDR's progressive policies as their fathers and grandfathers before them did.

Compared by today's standards you apply for the word, FDR would definitely qualify as a Fascist.

Can you imagine if Bush condoned interning all Muslim-Americans and confiscating their property??

That's what happened under FDR.

Hawk
