I think you need to look into who designs the electronics of the ipod and the new macbooks.

Hint- it isnt apple. In fact even the outer casing of ALL the ipods to date were designed by a third-party firm down in sunnyvale that isn't apple.

Apple did, however, design and write the software that runs the macbooks and the ipods. Well, except for the bios on the macbooks.

Just wondering out loud. Are the Feds the only people that can prosecute AAPL? Say the Feds pass or hand out a slap on the wrist, can someone like Elliot Spitzer then come guns ablazing? I'm thinking what he did to AIG, which resulted in its longtime CEO, Maurice Greenberg, getting the boot.
