Hezbollah has a "target rich" enviornment, where the Israelis have an extremely "target poor" one. The Hezbollah fighters can just fade into the woodwork, while the Israelis stand out like sore thumbs, all the time. They know how the British felt in their red coats fighting our sniping backwoodsmen.
