Didn't see any French rep standing shoulder to shoulder with the Prime Ministers of Lebanon and Israel during Secy Rice's recent visits. In fact, the French announced they agreed with the Arabs that Israel should immediately withdraw it's forces. You would give credit to hezbollah before acknowledging anyone in the Bush Adm deserves praise.
