Math spinning like a top says:

"I guess I have to spell this out in detail in order for you to get it. I see three categories of subscribers who acted on the October 2000 bulletin:

1. The cash reserves came from model portfolio money if the subscriber was in a model portfolio and decided to deviate from it. In this case, the subscriber stopped following a model portfolio, and made that choice knowingly.

2. The cash reserves came from model portfolio money if the subscriber was in a model portfolio and hadn't noticed Brinker's past practice regarding model portfolios. In that case, the subscriber stopped following a model portfolio, but did so unknowingly.

3. For subscribers not in either of those two categories, the money did not come from a model portfolio."

What a bunch of happy horsepucky. Math you cannot be serious.

Please give me an example of Brinker's "past practice" with URGENT BULLETINS telling ALL SUBSCRIBERS based on whether they are CONSERVATIVE or AGGRESSIVE. Please give me a an example of Brinker urging people to use 13 to 32.5% and NOT including in the model portfolios. Please include anytime Brinker specifically told people to take "CASH RESERVES" and buy something and did not include it in the model portfolios. I have seen NO MENTION of using "cash reserves" to purchase other products.

If you cannot supply a single example then how in the h*** do you can you claim that a subscriber should have been aware of Brinker's "past practices" which we all know are subject to Brinker making up as he goes along!

You are getting waaaay past silly trying to claim that people having taken Brinker's advice to raise "cash reserves" from model portfolios and buying QQQQs on this direct recommendation from the same goobers were somehow at fault. RIDICULOUS
