Let’s compare the two forces shall we? Since you are so dense that it is beyond you comprehension.

Tanks: Israel YES, Hezbo NO
fighter planes: YES, NO
Precision missiles: YES, NO
$2 billion/yr budget: YES, NO
Soldiers: 500k including reserves, 5k
Helicopters: YES, NO
Laser guided missiles: YES, NO
Submarines: YES, NO
Warships: YES, NO
Catucha: NO, YES
Soldiers will to die for the cause: NO, YES
So you see NADINE, the odds are stacked to the IDF favor. Can you find a way around that argument? So definitely Israel lost by not achieving it objectives. And the objectives were, 2 kidnapped soldiers, disarming Hezbo, breaking Hezbo and controlling the lands to the Litany.
The soldiers were forgotten, Hezo is still armed, Hezbo is stronger than ever and the Israel controls empty pocket at the Litany. If this is victory for Israel, the US should divert the $$ from Israel to Hezbo and make them the ME supper power cause Israel proved that it is not worth the American taxpayers $$.

Israel stated, just a month ago, that it was going to destroy Hezbollah. Failing this, now it's back to whining about how unfair pipsqueaks are.

It's ridiculous.

It's absurd.

It's a bunch of bratty children playing with real armaments.
